Contract for Video Production Services

I ________________________, have contracted the services of Reel Gold Entertainment for my Video Production.

I agree to the set payment of __________________________________ for the service.

It is my understanding that the payment will be done in 3 segments.

The First payment of 1/3 (of the total cost) is at the initial meeting; this is a financial deposit that is non-refundable.

The Second payment is at the time of shooting (or if there is no shoot involved it is then paid during the second meeting or first editing session), in which I am required to pay the other 1/3 of the cost. Before any service can commence. This is also non-refundable.

The Third and final payment is upon completion and delivery of the final product, once that is complete; the contract is now done. And all payment is non-refundable.

Additional notes:

I am fully aware that if I fail to appear and I am not ready for a set day for the service, I am still required to pay the sum required, unless I give a 24 hour notice to Reel Gold Entertainment. In essence, I will be fined for being late or not showing up, on a scheduled meeting or shoot day, or editing session etc. For whatever reason, if I am more than 30 minutes late or I am not ready for the scheduled tasks. I am still required to pay the fee, and if I choose I can reschedule another date, but I understand there will be additional fees.

Reel Gold Entertainment also takes responsibility and if we fail to appear, we will refund the segment that was not done on our part.

In closing Reel Gold Entertainment reserves the right to void the contract and refuse the service at any time, once a money transfer has been complete it is non-refundable.
